Independent website auditing.
We audit automatically and, on request, through a human auditor. Every result is traceable, verifiable and valid for 12 months.
Creating an account is free. The first assessment runs as a needs analysis: it costs nothing and issues no seal. Ordering, the customer area and the reports are currently German.
- Access like a website visitor
- Publicly verifiable
- GDPR-compliant
What we audit
Each area gets its own verdict. The classification is guidance, not legal advice.

- Publicly verifiableEvery seal has its own address and a QR code.
- TraceableEvery finding names the rule, the location and the evidence.
- Valid for 12 monthsThe seal shows its audit date. After twelve months it expires, because websites and technology change.
- Help with correctionsEvery finding states what to do, with location and example.
Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)
55 success criteria · WCAG 2.2 A/AAMeasured in a real browser across three device profiles. A substantial share of these criteria cannot be decided by a machine; those stay visibly open until a human auditor has ruled on them.
Data protection & cookies
10 weighted rules · dsgvo-v1What loads before any consent, whether pressing “reject” actually stops it, cookies set before a choice was made, remotely loaded web fonts, and the presence of a privacy notice.
CO₂ & sustainability
Page weight · transfer · SWDM · green web hostingPage weight, transfer and requests per visit, the estimated CO₂ emission, and whether the hosting runs on renewable energy.
Visibility in AI answers
12 rules · geo-v2Whether an answering system can find, extract and attribute a passage of your page: answer-first openings, question headings, self-contained sections, machine-readable facts.
Search engine optimisation
22 rules · seo-v2Titles and descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, structured data.
Indexing & technical setup
9 weighted rules · fetch, redirects, robots.txt, sitemapWhether search engines may fetch the page, can find it and assign it unambiguously.
Responsive behaviour
9 measured signals · 4 device profilesThree device profiles rendered in a real browser: horizontal overflow, target sizes, text overflow.
Loading performance
10 measured signals · Core Web VitalsLoading behaviour, responsiveness, layout stability, measured rather than estimated.
Software currency
4 weighted rules · read-onlyDetected CMS, extensions and libraries past their maintenance end, determined passively, without credentials.
How a seal is created
- Choose the audit goalLegal requirements (accessibility, data & law), technical implementation or both: you choose the audit areas per order.
- Set the scopeYou choose the page count according to the scale, up to 1000 pages; exactly this defined set is audited.
- Measure and judgeWhatever a machine can decide is measured; everything else is judged by an auditor. A criterion only counts as met once measurement or auditor confirm it.
- Issue the sealOnce an area reaches its target, its seal is created; it names domain, audit area, audit date and validity.
Every seal stays verifiable on its verification page at any time; a revocation is stated there explicitly as well. The procedure in detail →
Consideration when fetching
Repeated audits of the same domain are spread out over time, regardless of how many clients order them. Every request identifies itself as the audit service and names a contact reference, so website operators can recognise the originator.
