For agencies

Your tool for proving the need

The hardest question in new business is “Why now?”. With the audit service you answer it with findings: free analyses for acquisition, your brand on every surface and an independent seal to close.

The cycle

  1. Make the need visible. You audit a prospect’s website for free and receive a complete findings report: missing alternative texts, trackers before consent, broken indexing. A list of concrete defects on their own site convinces more than any sales pitch.
  2. Win the project. The report is your proposal attachment. It prioritises by severity and turns “we should look at that some day” into a project with a scope. Your proposal then answers a proven need.
  3. Fix and prove. After your work, the ordered audit runs. Areas that pass receive a seal with a public verification page: the proof that your work had effect, issued by an independent party.
  4. Keep the customer. Seals are valid for twelve months, and every relaunch can break them. Repeat audits run automatically; that turns a one-off project into an ongoing engagement.

The tool pays for itself

You start with 10 free needs analyses. For every certificate sold, 10 more are added. Whoever works always has a tool ready for the next deal.

Consumption-based

You pay per ordered audit according to the published scale; the acquisition analyses come from your allowance. The engagement begins and ends with the order.

Your pricing

You buy credit at your purchase price and set your own end-customer prices. Your customers see your prices.

Areas as needed

You choose the audit areas per order: accessibility alone for an accessibility-act enquiry, the full set for a relaunch acceptance.

What the free analysis shows and where an order begins

The needs analysis delivers the complete findings report across all chosen areas: what is missing, how serious it is, on which pages. Exactly what you need to make the case.

The seal comes with the ordered audit. A proof that was free would be no proof; and a seal handed out before the order would destroy exactly the value you sell later. The analysis shows the need, the order delivers the proof.

Your brand on every surface

Customer area, verification pages, seal and reports appear in your design: brand name, logo and eight colour roles, set per audited customer. One template applies everywhere, from the customer area to the downloadable seal file.

Colour combinations are checked before they are stored: text on background, text on tinted surfaces, link colour, button label on button, and the outline of input fields. A template that would fail the contrast thresholds we measure on other people’s sites is rejected with the measured ratio and the required one, so it can be adjusted.

The issuer stays the audit service

Every seal and every report names the party that performed the audit, and that name stays. A validation in the code rejects any attempt to replace it, and a test keeps it that way.

The reason is simple: a seal issued by the party that also built the website says little. Its value comes from an independent issuer whose statement anyone can check on a verification page nobody in the chain controls. Branding changes the appearance; the statement stays.

Who sees whom

The service knows partner, agency and audited customer. A partner sees the organisations they support, with their seals and the scope of the last audit. An agency’s end customers stay hidden from the partner: they have no relationship with the partner, and their domains, findings and contact details are none of their business.

Working language

The customer area, the reports and the verification pages are currently German. The measurement itself is language-independent, and the findings reference rule identifiers that read the same in any language. An English-language interface for your customers follows with the translation store.

Request agency access

Fastest via the test account: enter company, e-mail and VAT ID; we check the VAT ID against the EU VIES register and usually activate you within one working day. After that you can run up to 2 free needs analyses per day to win customers. Testzugang
